serves as President of Insight Marketing Group. In this capacity she is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term strategic vision for the overall organization. Prior to starting Insight Marketing Group, Jennifer was director of marketing for Simon Property Group at one of the Country's very first and largest outdoor retail town centers. She has an extensive and varied background with over ten years experience in traditional and interactive marketing, event management, business development, sponsorship program development and promotions, public relations and partnership development.

Jennifer is extremely active in her local community and sits on numerous business and charitable boards. In 2005, Jennifer was selected as the Orlando Business Journal's top businesswoman of the year under the age of 40. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

David Mullins

serves as Vice President of Insight Marketing Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as acting as a data analyst for marketing campaigns. David also co-publishes the company's monthly print publication.

Prior to joining Insight Marketing Group, David served as a data and business analyst and consultant for several Fortune 500 organizations. David has an extensive background including over ten years experience in data management, process development and personnel management. David has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rollins College.

serves as Director of Business Development for Insight Marketing Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and management of new business accounts for the company.

Prior to joining Insight Marketing Group, Jennifer worked in various marketing-related roles within the healthcare, advertising and theme park industries. Jennifer has over ten years experience in partnership development, sponsorship implementation, media buying and negotiations, sales and event management.

Sarah Bridgette Au

is the Director of Corporate Communications and Editorial Publications for Insight Marketing Group, and brings nearly 15 years experience in the communications field. Au's primary responsibilities are to run the company' monthly magazine as well as plan special events.

Au holds a Certificate of Outstanding Contribution to both an Emmy and CableAce Award during her tenure as a journalist at CNN. She recently sold an Orlando small business, and prior held various national corporate communications posts in Manhattan. Au holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University's prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Her first book is in stores now.

Linda Shroll

is Creative Director for Insight Marketing Group. She has overall responsibility for the creative development and print management of new business accounts, including creative and print process management for both magazines. Prior to joining Insight Marketing Group, Linda co-owned a successful advertising agency where she created, managed and published various print publications.

Linda has nearly 15 years experience in graphic design, marketing and event design, and management.

Kim Naugle

serves as an Account Manager for Insight Marketing group. In this capacity, Kim is responsible for the daily management of client accounts and expectations as well as visiting businesses in her territory. Kim helps to promote new business development for our creative services division as well. She has been with Insight since June 2004.

Prior to joing IMG, Kim was a teacher in Orange County for 7 years. She currently is an AFAA certified personal trainer as well as a yoga/pilates instructor. She has been a competitive runner since January 2008 and has placed in several Track Shack 5K runs that benefit local charities.

Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.

Michelle Matura Hentzell

serves as Director of Marketing for Insight Marketing Group. In this capacity she is responsible for developing and managing targeted marketing campaigns, both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business, for new and existing business accounts for the company. Prior to starting with Insight Marketing Group, Michelle headed the marketing department for Aetna Inc’s pharmacy business. She has an extensive healthcare background with a track record of increasing market share, volumes and revenue through various marketing programs.

Michelle has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a concentration in Marketing. She is also trained in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt.
