Remember when posts from your practice’s Facebook page were able to reach your entire audience with ease?
…Yeah, not so much anymore. In fact, in a recent study from Edgerank Checker, they reported that between February 2012 and March 2014, organic reach for the average Facebook Page dropped from 16% to 6.5% – and that number has dropped even more since then.
As Facebook continually tinkers with their News Feed algorithm to strike the perfect balance between making page publishers happy and keeping their users happy (i.e. coming back multiple times a day), it can wreak havoc on your social marketing strategy and force you to adjust tactics on the fly.
So, how can you make sure your posts are getting seen by current and potential patients? What can you do to drive engagement and clicks back to your practice website? Most importantly, how can you keep track of all of these changes?
